In the historic facility located in the city of Reggio Emilia, we produce our extracts starting from carefully selected raw materials typical of the territory of our province. In particular, from the red-berried grapes of the Ancellotta cultivar and the Lambrusco varieties, which are an excellence of the Italian wine heritage due to their high content of valuable components such as: Grape Anthocyanins, Grape Tannins, and polyphenolic substances. From the golden grapes of Malvasia, Spergola, and Sauvignon, we produce extracts based on white grape Flavonoids and aromatic extracts with characteristic fruity notes.
To the work of man in the vineyard follows the transformation of the grape into wine and into the valuable by-products made by our company in a production cycle that was a forerunner of the modern "green economy" in our province.
