..... numerous reinforced concrete tanks are present in the historic oenological factory. Their construction dates back to the early 1900s and represents one of the first uses of reinforced concrete in the wine sector. We have also preserved some perfectly functioning period machinery used for the processing of marc extracts; they too represent the historical memory of our work...
